1. Returns

We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

To be eligible, items must be unused and in the original packaging.

You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery by contacting our support team.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted for:

Opened or consumed items

Products returned without original packaging

Items returned after 3 days of delivery
4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
